Reasonably clean bed and room, with hot water in the clean bathroom. Convenient parking available. Full cooked breakfast included. Ground floor room provided as requested. Easy check-in process with ample parking. Kitchen and lounge available for use. Pleasant breakfast cook and nice seating area overlooking the garden.
